Resort At Pedregal

The Resort at Pedregal in Cabo San Lucas is a beautiful hotel with even better food. Straying away from their usual delicious breakfast buffet, I ordered their French toast. The presentation is gorgeous with cinnamon soaked bread topped with mint and coconut. The French toast is pretty good, not the best I've ever had. Personally, I'd stick to the breakfast buffet.
